Some recent freeware releases at the usual places are really quite excellent, e.g., Barksdale, Seymour Johnson, etc. Nice layouts and good on fps. I like too the work done by some of the other regulars (e.g., Jim, John and Jim) but these are just the ticket for some quickly thrown together retro, e.g. 50's/60's SAC, custom AI + flight plans, without having to try to pick apart the MAIW packages (replacing endless rows of F-15's and B-2's with Daggers and Buffs!) and also the time it takes from the trial and error to see whether the scenery will also work in FSX.

This is an update of my KBAD 2.0 release of 2011-12-14. It contains significant infrastructure enhancements (especially in the alert area), new land masks, improved signage, and provides expanded parking for MAIW's B-52H AI models.
