Milviz F-86 won't start

I am using the latest installer, and try to start by using the "Just tell me how to stat it" procedure. Everything is fine until I do step 4 (left click the throttle grip twice). Mine immediately starts a rpm wind -down at that point. Anyone else have this problem? I am discussing it with Milviz, but I think they are also puzzled. I have never seen this until recently. P3dv4 problem?
Ideas would be most welcome.

Not a v4.5 problem as i was using it the other day

Im interstate so i cant walk the process

If I remember correctly, you have to start that throttle clicking at a precise range of engine RPM, else it won't work... but I could be mistaken.

Hi Bill,

You get the wind down of the engine if you wait too long to double click the throttle grip after starting the start procedure. Try double clicking the throttle as soon as possible after turning the starter on.

I pretty much just double click the throttle as soon as possible, but there is the official technical detail from the Engine Start Checklist:

"6. Click Throttle to Outboard Position when engine RPM reaches 3%-9% (figure 3 Gauge 10/Pg 4), then once more at 10-15% This Happens Quickly!"

Yeah I just noticed now in your support thread at the MV forums that you are waiting till 25%. That’s kinda long. Apologies for not spotting that sooner :)
