minimum warping speed adjustment

I have just had to reinstall OFF and I want the file that reduces the minimum speed to warp.....anybody know where it is??

It's called WARPZAP and it should be here

Just a word of Caution: a volentary minimum altitude of 500 feet, can eliminate any possible problems
