misplaced lines

I have found these lines under the title: ETO Light Gun Lines.txt

Hi GOSD, open your ETO effects.xml file, using Notepad.

Do a "find" using a string like "fx_eto_light" and see what turns up in the effects.xml. IF (and only if) the track effects are not there, then go to the bottom of the xml (just before the closing tag) and insert these track effects. IIRC "Find" is under the Edit drop down menu.

Leave a space between the original effects and your addition, so that the addition is easy to find, if you strike problems. If you look at the file, you will see how it is made up of contributions from a number of sources, there may be other obvious add-ons of strings of effects, at the bottom of the file already. They are often labelled eg with something like "O-1 Driver's Effects" or what have you.

Back up your effects.xml first!

Hi All

not at home to check for sure, these are the effects for the player operable Leigh light that is included on one of the CC liberator. They should already be inside the ETO effects fife

Found it!
These are from a folder called: ETO_Light_Gun_Lines;
''the eto light gun effect is built by and owend by O1 DRIVER these working lines are made by SLIP STREAM''

They can be added to any aircraft under the aircraft .XDP file in the effects lines.
