Missile Henschel Hs293a

I think you will find it in the Ground Crew "German Weapons Pack". However, due to limitations in CFS-2 it will only fire as a normal rocket, not as a guided missile. If not closed by now, You will find all the GC files in "Reg's Hangar" http://www.regshanger.com/

I wonder what part is used for the AIs targeting. if that nut could be cracked, who knows what we could do.
 
where is Tom when we need him.

We could use that to make one. would be interesting.

Unfortunately Tom threw his teddy in the corner, some 4-5 years ago, over a long forgotten issue between him and the 'management'. Took all his stuff tio Simviation, started another forum and has just about retired fom the sim world.

Yes a shame, but his stuff is there to use. And NO I don't need another project...;)

It's really all in the airfile, DP and cfg, so you could make a lawnmower into a SAM and so why not give one of the Hs293 a quick go with new files and see what happens????...noooo I getting tempted myself, damn!

Yeah I know all about Tom and all of that. I have his email but he retired from it all about 2 years ago. Just before LW's site went down for the last time.

See I told you the projects just jump at you. The more you try to avoid them the more they go after you. do we have V1 and V2's.

You know Tango has 23 pages at Sim-V. I grabed a few other things while I was at it.
 
I am quite sure Tom will help you out if you ask him, He is only mad at the SOH, not the CFS2 world.
He has helped me with some of his FSDS files for my Alaska Bush scenery....Give him a try.

Oh I know he would. I was on great terms with Tango. miss him and LW. they are the ones who encouraged me too do what I've been doing.

I found the wep_hs293a. its in the german weapon pack. its a bgl. so i would either have to get perms to extrat or make my own.

After reading Tango's "how to Doc", I get how to make the rockets attack. between that and the Kamakazi we could get V1 and V2 rockets doing the same thing. It's problably already been done. I'm just not finding it.

I can find a V2 at sim-V. I'm not able to find a V1 rocket. I know we have one some where. I've seen it. Its hiding on me.

Aren't there static models of these?

So thats what I've found out so far. Any takers?
 
If static means api format, check your email.
If not then just toss it

Back in 2006 I put together a package for the Groundcrew site with their He11 and the TLUK V1. I got permission to use the V1 as I wanted, so that would give a good start, as this is a very good looking V1.

As is, it's only a 360Kb mdl, it's FR friendly, if you added a few LODs, then even better, but since only a few would be on screen at any one time, it's not a problem.

Who are we able to get in touch with for the Henschel Hs293a? Who's email still works?

It's an ac mdl but can easily become a scenery bgl. The CFS1 V1 Dave suggests is only a 26Kb mdl. There are others that are small in file size as well.

Re the Hs293 have a word with Mathias, he's ex-GC.
