Missing Cockpit Files

I have the JF Spit MKIB installed, but it appears that I've lost track of a few of the associated cockpit files in the course of changing computers/operating systems over the past few years.

Specifically, I'm looking for:

jf_panel_t.dds
jf_spitxtra_gauges_1.dds
jf_sight.dds
panel_t.dds
