• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Missing default AI traffic.

Could use some help.:help:
I have been searching the threads trying to find some info on my missing AI traffic.
I know it is caused by import AI traffic but cannot find the threads as to a cure, other than removing the import files.

For some reason I just can't find the right search words to get the thread to show up. (Not computer literate I guess.) :kilroy:

Anyone know of some good words to find these threads.
 
Are your sliders enable to show AI?

Try removing the import traffic files to make sure that is the reason. If so, then there is a program called AI Flight Planner by [FONT=verdana, sans-serif]Don Grovestine [/FONT]at AVSIM that converts FS9 flight plans to FSX format

As the previous post implies, this is most likely due to
your addon AI traffic BGLs being in FS9 format. WOAI
traffic BGL's are in this category as are any traffic BGLs
created with TTools.

All you need to do is run the FS9-format traffic BGL's
through one of the available utilities that convert them
to FSX format and they will then co-exist just fine with
the default FSX AI traffic and boat traffic BGLs.

I have used 2 different utilities to perform the conversion:

bglfpfsxconvert.exe by Lamont Clark

FP_FS9_FSX.exe by Peter van der Veen

Both free....
