• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Missing DLL

I loaded MAW and have it running now.

I loaded the first update that loaded but with one error.

It reported that a DLL was missing to complete. The DLL was" msvbvm50.dll ."

Do you recommend reloading MAW or if possible someone sent the dll.

My email address is (removed by moderator)

"I feel like I am in a hurdles race and instead leaping over the hurdles, I am falling over them!"

Thanks for the Help.

Your antivirus software could be causing trouble with file. I downloaded with it off and install without antivirus. This worked for me.

Within the MAW install is a folder called Desert Rats or something, which contains a lot of additional files and readmes. IIRC there is an installable package of dlls, which could answer your problem.

RCAFMAD.
It is not advisable to publish your Email address on a public site.

I should remove it before you get spammed or worse.
