Missing Effects Textures.zip - Missing Effects Textures

The Stock effects.xml (and subsequent addons like ETO) calls for a number of .tga texture files. The .tga files are missing from CFS3, however in some cases there is a .dds texture of the same name. This zip file contains the identified .tga textures called for in the effects.xml file, and a couple of .dds textures for the Effects folder in CFS3. IMHO these textures noticeably improve some effects.
