Missing item for 354th new updated campaign

The old man need help again, in mission 354G 12-25-44 Igot the error message ,cant find the model gi_eto_01, I find that to be ID no 4445 unit 117-137.
What i.H... is that for a piece of machinery?????????????? Can any of you assist?

I'm probably one of the few that would, because I used these for the Heinkels! campaign and for Operation Frantic.
