Missing Taxiways Solved

I am able to use scenery created for FSX in my Prepar3D V4.5 with just a bit of a problem. These are sceneries developed for FSX by someone else and shared for free. I discovered I am guessing because they were created first for FSX and then because they more than likely were created in an older ADEx version that ANY taxiway that has a HOLD SHORT node on it, disappears before the HOLD SHORT node. There is only pieces of taxiways. I experimented for some hours on Saturday and discovered this by noticing that taxiways that were not leading to runways hence needing the HOLD SHORT or ILS HOLD, were intact. After removing the nodes and replacing them with GP HOLD SHORT or ILS HOLD which look nicer anyway in ADEx V1.76 and saving the airport in Prepar3D V4 version all the taxiway was visible., I uninstalled my ADEx V1.79 and installed V1.76 to see if that made a difference. I am going to re-install V1.79 again so that it is up to date again with the latest version. If you are not using ai aircraft at the airport, you don't need the ADEx HOLD SHORT nodes if you want to use the GP ones which allow you to size them across a multiple taxiway to a runway as shown in Google Earth as well as adding Enhanced Taxiways with the GP which really looks good. Don't forget the red rectangles on the runways if they are at the real airport. Comments welcome!

Found some more missing taxiways on another airport today. I bet that the AFCADs, some of them saying they were created in the first decade of 2000's were probably with ADE version 1.5 so these HOLD SHORTs and ILS HOLDs make the taxiways disappear because though FSX airports work in Prepar3D V4's, it's too new a sim to recognize them like the port-over FS9 to FSX aircraft. It doesn't recognize those mdl's either so they do not get modeled and when you try to convert the mdl it loses either the VC, animation or both so it is just not flyable. I am in the process of recreating EGAA Belfast Aldergrave airport as a native Prepar3D V4.5 airport but I am using some of the FSX that doesn't belong to me so it's going to only be me to fly in and out of. I would have created ALL the buildings and then could share it but Google Earth/Google Map does not have access to street level to photograph them. I have not found any EGAA that was not created in 2010 and is out of date as far as being up to date for VATSIM ATC. That's why I am creating it from Google Earth photos and Airport Design Editor V1.79. May create a Sketchup hanger which is not modeled in the older version.

thank you for that just downloaded it and will follow how to use it when converting AFCADS from FSX to P3D V4
