I've decided to dip my toe into world of mission building. I'm reading a book about the Black Sheep squad and thought some semi-historical missions in PTO Solomon's would be cool. When I try to launch the MB i get a MSVCP70.dll missing notice. I think that's a runtime file? Anyone know a fix?
