• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Mission Building CFS3 to ETO or There and back again

I have recieved a interesting e-mail from one of our mission builders..
He is having problems getting a CFS3 mission to work in ETO..
Missions for CFS3 were never meant to be used in ETO ..
ETO and CFS3 are similar but NOT the Same..

Often I have done the conversion for Loverboy and a few others..
It often takes a complete re write to get the CFS3 mission to work in ETO..
It is often easier to build from scratch then convert some missions..

Not to discourage anyone, but this does require a lot of work, often outside the mission bulider to get this done..
Be prepared to work out many items to convert these to ETO from CFS3..
In the end it is often worth the work to get a mission you want..
But again, Be prepared to have to sort out many items during the conversion..
