• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

hello to everybody,
loading mission i have received the following error:

[Mission file error]
error=Invalid allegiance specified in section
title=WOC_Rangoon02_Ki43
filename=C:\Programmi\Microsoft Games\Combat Flight Simulator 2\MISSIONS\WOCRNG022.



may i have an help
 
I'm not at a PC with CFS2 installed so I can't test for you, but it looks like you have a non-existant allegiance entered in your mission file.

WOC_Rangoon02_Ki43 is the name of the mission but you'll find it in your Missions folder under the file name WOCRNG022. Open that file with Notepad or a similar text editor and double check that the allegiance entered matches the correct country number entered in your country.cfg file.

i have followed your instruction changing the allegiance from 2 to 8 beauce i suppose that this mission is abaut japan air force versus usaf and raf. but the error still it is here.
i think i am not on the right way to find the solution because i am not in confidence with mission file management.
I hope for another suggestion.

i have used cfsme2 to fix allegiance error but now i receive the following error:
[Mission file error]
error=Incorrect formation type 0 specified .

i have tried to change type formation with no results.:banghead:
any help?
