Are the mission files visible? If not, it's because you didn't use / install correctly the expanded country.cfg file, which is provided. The campaigns and missions are not listed under [country.3], because that is the US Navy. They are instead listed under [country.7], which is the US Army Air Corps.
Ergo, if you don't have the expanded country.cfg, they are invisible.
