In this mission the rest of the flight does not take off preventing the warp feature to be activated.
How can I fix this ?

Change the first waypoint from takeoff to turn, your flight will already be in the air.

Thanks Led, got it worked out; starting the take off slow allows the wingmen time to take off also.
