Tupolev SB-2M-103 for CFS2

This is an updated package of Thicko's SB-2M-103. It fixes some model/textures issues necessary for these skins. A big thanks to Thicko and Tango Romeo's quick response for fixing the model on my request.

The package is a complete aircraft with:
- 4 texture versions.
- A panel borrowed from the DB3.
- Slightly fixed DP.
