• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

MM on the Beech

Mike, I hope you better navigating than I did on the first couple of legs out of FACT in the Bonanza. I was chasing NDBs when it suddenly dawned on me that I had all this other navigational stuff I could be using instead.

Yes, Willy. All these new-fangled devices sure make the navigating a push-button affair. Where are the traditional stopwatch and beads of sweat?

Departing for Joburg.

Safely into Skukuza, one of the main "camps" in the Kruger National Park. Here visitors may take advantage of the relatively posh amenities and enjoy trips into the animal rich parkland.

It is at the nearby Transport Dam watering hole that the spectacular "Battle of Kruger" took place earlier this decade. The amateur video, by David "Buzz" Budzinski, has become famous. If you have not seen this, I highly recommend taking the time to go through the full eight minute film on Youtube:

North over the Kruger National Park and then Mozambique to the old British colonial capital Blantyre.

Just watched "Battle of Kruger." Wow! Not the outcome I expected. That was pretty amazing. Thanks for letting us know about it. How are you liking the Milviz Baron?
