Note - Maldonado drops 10 grid places for causing a collision in final practice. Schumacher drops five grid places for causing a collision at last round. Perez failed to set a time within 107% requirement - races at stewards' discretion.

It's showing on my DirecTV on SPEED @ 7:30 EDT Dave. Final stage of the Giro d'Italia bike race, a Time Trial, is scheduled at the same time. Interesting qualifying. Will watch bike race on the Internet with no commercials and the Monaco GP on TV. Sometimes a man just has to multitask. :icon29:

Now onto Indy for the 500!

A good day for the Commonwealth, a Canadian becomes the first ever from his country to win a grand tour bike race at the Giro d'Italia and an Aussie wins Monaco. Kudos you blokes.:applause::icon29:

Been following the Giro as well for the last few weeks on "Eurosport" channel...watched final stage last night and missed F1...have to find a replay somewhere. :applause:

Ah, the joy of multitasking, I watched the Giro on streaming HD Internet and the F-1 event on TV. If you did not see Stage 6 of the Giro (Friday May 11), watch a Replay, it was a beast of a stage to be classified only as a Medium Mountain stage. If you are a cyclist, you will see how brutal it is; short steep climbs, twisty descents on narrow roads, not real let up, the rider is working all the time.
