More small fields for Lionheart

My goodness man!

How do you keep finding all of these!

Do you take foreign language courses just to be able to venture around foriegn websites to locate these jewels of airports?

Many thanks Pete for the heads up!

I still have a blast with LFCE and LFBK. Great for doing a lap from one to another and back again, with TileProxy running. You can fly the highway from one town to the next and from there, spot the airfields.

OCCITANIA VFR http://pagesperso-orange.fr/moustache/ is one you should take a look at-especialy with the VFR France scenery- airports plus scenery - JUST MAGNIFICENT!.

I wish there where similar airports which where compatiable with VFR France photoscenery for the Rhone Alps region I know of the LLH Creations payware altiports which are great -just wish there where some more freeware airports for the region compatiable with VFR scenery i.e. Gap Tallard Sisterion

LOL Bill,

Well I do speak a little French (somewhat badly, but it works to get
me from hotel to airport and back.....necessary in my line of work)
and for everything else, google and babelfish!

And as to finding them, well I have to do something in the evenings while I'm away from home.

yep one of my other bikes is a Ducati as well! '99 900SSie with 5000miles on the clock!

thanks -know both of those sites but believe scenery is not compatiable with VFR France photoscenery - v2 Le Versoud is almost there but not quite.
Pity because it's a great region to fly in- with lots of great little aerodromes, some neglected by VFR France -notably some of the gliding strips - some great altiports also lots of altisurfaces - which i have made a location file for -but which the mesh doesn't allow flying from most!

Hi Guzzi.

Try this one.

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/jean.a/LFLG-leversoud.htm

One of my favorites .
It has tons of character and fits in very well with the VFR France photo scenery.
Just back up the AFCAD for this airport that comes with the France VFR scenery and replace it with the one in this package.
See the instructions in English on the site for a great AI package for it as well.
Has a great grass runway as well.

Thanks this the version I have - has I stated it's almost there but not quite -it is slightly out of alingnment when compared with the VFR France photoscenery - SO NOT QUITE PERFECT! but thanks !
