Morton's P-51D package

Thanks for th HU Blackbird!

These are again outstanding textures, and well worth making the usual conversions (pics) for them to work well in FS9. (32bit, alphas, etc...).
Thanks to Morton for bringing this 'old' bird back to life, these liveries are stunning!
Not to forget the widescreen 2D panel...

Regards, Stuart

I guess I'm a little confused (and it ain't the first time)...

May these textures be used with the FS9 version from Alphasim, or do they need to be converted with DXT.bmp in order for them to work?

Most of Morton's CFS2 textures that he has done on FS9 planes converted to CFS2 WILL work on the FS9 planes. I have the A2A Focke Wulf Fw-190D pack for FS9 and I'm using his CFS2 paints on them. The look great in FS9.

As Stuart mentioned above, converting the textures to 32bit really crisps them up in FS9 and tweaking the alpha channel will give you the desired reflective quality, if any. Some don't need any adjustment, and some look a lot sharper with the conversion.
