mos editor win 10 DX9 or later

Having issues with this. getting "Please ensure you have DirectX 9 or greater installed". Well I had later and went back to DX 9 but same thing. Anyone?

You need to burrow into your Windows 10 settings and switch on NET 2.0 support.

Thanks for that. Checked all in NET boxes and downloaded windows stuff as required. mos editor still says need DX9 or above which I'm sure I have! ??

Do you think I need to reinstall the editor?
