Hi everyone;
I haven't used MOSEditor in some time and have it installed on an older PC with Windows XP. When I tried to use it recently I recieved the message "file missing make sure you have DirectX 9 installed". I was sure I had DirectX9 but I installed it again anyway and I also uninstalled net framework, reinstalled it and all subsequent updates but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem? If so is there a fix or a work around or some other program that I can use to edit the MOS files.
Thanks for your attention.
