I'm sure this has been mentioned before so probably re inventing the wheel. I wanted to move the map as part of changing what it displays, and couldn't. Howver looking at 'dlgingamebriefmap.xml' which Rob had mentioned to me before*, I found just change Movable="Yes" did the trick. Also seems a lot more one can fiddle with.
