• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

MU-2_V1.6 Available for download

It is available in the Flysimware store now. It will be a few days or more until v1.6 is at the other stores. The update list looks good and I am primarily interested in the updated FDE, engine sounds, and especially the updated options for using the RXP WX500 with either the standard GNS(GPS530) or with the more advanced GTN750 unit. The former option is good for me as I do not have the GTN750 unit yet but I do have the RXP WX500. The only reason I have not bought the GTN750 is that for me it is price prohibitive in the sense that I have other items on my must buy list which take priority over such a utility purchase. At some point I will be buying the GTN750 but in the meantime, this option is a win-win scenario.
 
I wish the Weather Radar worked on P3D. I had it in FSX and was hoping it would be functional once I moved over completely but unfortunately not. As for the GTN750. . .not in my lifetime at that price. . .standard gauges and a GPS will be just fine thanks.
