Is it possible to turn off the red tags that display above your plane in Multi-player so that others don't see them? I know you can turn off the tags so I don't see others tags, but I want to make it so others can't see my tags. I'm guessing no, but it would be fun, for some applications...

I don't think so Paul. As you say, you can turn them off so you don't see them, but anyone else flying with you still has that control over all multiplayer aircraft.

Rgr that falcon. I even inquired with the MP server people if such a thing was possible on the host end, and apparently not. What I'd like to do is join an MP session as a pilotable ship, steer a course, and have other players have to find the ship. Like PBYs searching for the IJN fleet at Midway. But it sort of takes all the fun out of it, if at ten miles out the ship announces itself with big red letters! Oh well, I guess I need CFS.

Yea, we did that a few years back with a Deltasim Pleasure Boat in Alaska and it was a lot of fun. Everyone had to agree to leave the multiplayer info off and we used headsets to communicate on TeamSpeak.:salute:

We did that once or twice at Transload back in the day too. Ctrl+Shift+L should be the default command to toggle AI/MP tags. You can also toggle them in the Traffic menu too.
