Multipayer session tonight

trying to get my machine back up ready for online play.....think I've got a firewall problem, is it only shell.exe that needs permission or is there something else as well, memory ain't what it used to be:d
 
See you then! .. Gandi, I looked in my XP Control Panel Firewall and
it had permissions for only Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3.....but six times! :)

ok,,,broke down and put on the mic ( i really hate mics,,,but it makes sense)...

I guess at some point someone will give me an ip, I'm assuming everyone else has the same problem in that once off is running, its difficult to get back to a browser window.(ie,,this forum) ..and then back to off...

and,,,tried to host a game, and got the "no internet connextion " thing, so i'll bet that there will be a problem getting into another game.

get on to teamspeak first and then 2b can direct you.

Also, make sure both teamspeak and off are not behind the windows firewall but that they are allowed.
Off shows up as cfs-3.

The newbie is going to be a pest again. I've done a search on multiplayer; outlaw teamspeak; and other combinations and I don't know what your TS server is for tonight. I've flown online many times using FS Host and Teamspeak so am familiar. tonight, i just wanted to come in and listen as I have only had phase 2 for two days. In the future can we have a little more detail as to the TS IP address or numbers so that it is posted for all to see? Thanks for your consideration

For all you guys that didn't get in the online game Firestorm and 2B had problems getting a game to run so two different IP's were used. I have noticed that most of the guys that host give out the IP address for their game after you have connected and are speaking directly to the host player through Teamspeak.

There are two Teamspeak servers that are used for OFF online games. One belongs to PD and the other to Outlaw. Both addresses I believe have been posted before on this forum.

We see people popping in and out of the game server while we are in the middle of combat all the time but can't really do anything to help through chat windows. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Teamspeak for online games. If the guys can help me sort out the bugs and get my Teamspeak working they can help anyone!

And I can tell you it is a whole lot of fun flying missions with these guys!!!
