My First Time in Paris

I do not usually fly with the French but I thought I might give it a go.
After an uneventful patrol with members of Escadrille N 89 and with only a little petrol left in my tank, I spotted a interesting sight in the distance. I managed the quick tour and pulled a few stunts around the city without getting put in jail and got back to my aerodome in one piece.

Enjoy my vacation slide show.

Cool pics! I have been trying to fly through the Arc de Triumph in a Camel. Won't seem to fit in level flight... gotta bank at the last minute and go in on my side... not been successful... yet!

Ahh...but the little French planes can fit in your pocket.:mixedsmi:

Crozbone:

I took a similar tour of Paris myself, as well as London, really enjoyed it.

It seemed to me, though, that some landmarks were missing from Paris, for example, I couldn't find the catherdral of Sacre Coeur atop Montmartre, did you notice anything missing?

London & Paris are a great job, though, well done to OFF3 folks who did this. For my part, I'd love to help "add more landmarks" to either Paris or London, if that can be arranged.

It's been quite a while since I went sight-seeing, but I thought Sacré-Cœur was there - perhaps take another look north of central Paris:kilroy:
Cheers,

Okay, as soon as I get another leave from the front, I'll fly over Paris again to have a look-see :).
