'My Kind Of Chevy!'

NOt a bad looking custom, but not one that I would pay 80 grand for.

Isn't it a bit ironic that a company called No Two Alike is planning on building 100 of these cars. Shouldn't they change their name to One Hundred Alike?

OBIO

The 58 would have made a better rear end. The 59 always reminded me of someone squinting at me.

From the web site; "However, please note that no previously built combination of paint scheme and interior treatment will be duplicated"

If Mr. P had posted this a couple of weeks earlier I could have gone by and checked them out, as I was down in the O.C. (Orange County, Ca.) re-visiting some of the areas of my youth.

I'm a pretty basic kind of person, but after looking at the pictures I do like the artistic presentation. The way that the car sits, especially from the front view, reminds me of how a '56 or '57 Corvette looks, all squatty in a way.

Should I win some Lotto $$$ before I depart SoKali I just might head down the 55 Freeway and check this place out. Otherwise, gas prices are too high and I have packing to do! :wiggle:

Horrible!
If you want a modern classic, and money isn't an issue, then I would take the 'Eagle' approach:
Great value for money, all mod-cons, and still an original car!

I've said it before. Now I'll say it again. There's no accounting for taste.

Also applicable:

I may not know art, but I know what I like.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I'm sure it looks nice to someone.

What's that thing?

Re: Same

True the 58' back end would've looked better. If I had 50 Grand i could spare I'd
seriously look at that E Type XK in the background. Or a BMW. "Wink"
