Nice post, and right on time. I'm in the middle of reading " To Fly and Fight " by Col. Bud Anderson, the original pilot of " Old Crow ". A good read.

Cirrus....would you know anything about the woman pilot of Old Crow? Does she own the aircraft and what is her aviation background?

I think Jack Roush owns the P-51B. I think he also owned the P-51D version, which he used to fly to some of the races, but sold it for the B model. The B model come out of a lake somewhere in Florida. Don't know who the female pilot is. I wouldn't mind being picked-up by a lady in a P-51. :jump:

I saw her back in June at MAAM's WWII Weekend. Can't remember her name but she's one hell of a 51 pilot.... and good lookin too. Col. Bud Anderson smiled when she was mentioned, and that can't be bad.... she has his approval. :d
