I know that I posted earlier that I had installed SDK and was able to use one section of it in FSX. Hopefully these pictures will better explain.

As you can see SOMETHING had been done correctly otherwise I would not of been able to see the TOOLS bar here.

Now, from what I have gathered I should be seeing something like this:

I don't see a menu like the above picture and all the paths in XML have been edited to point to the default install location of ALL of SDX the basic, then the two files on the Accel disk.
When you compare my top screen with the one below it you will notice that there is the absence of Object Placement Tool and FX Tool. Here is my xml file:

The Visual effects tool path looks a little off.

..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Special Effects SDK\visualfxtool.dll</path>

Yours seem to missing the Environment kit section

However the object placement tool path looks ok.

..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Mission Creation Kit\object_placement.dll</path>

..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Special Effects SDK\visualfxtool.dll

Add the section highlighted in red to your visualfxtool section and you should be good to go.
