I downloaded the MAW Theatre and started to open it up.

I started and stalled with following error: "aircraft\DR_Blackburn_Sura\texture\p47_vc_map.dds"

Then I opened a copy of MAW that I had received. The installation stalled with the same error but this time it was a bf110c Aircraft.

Where can I download a clean MAW copy?

Be sure to have a clean install of CFS3 upgraded on your computer first. Be sure to follow the install instructions to the letter.
