MS didn't do much with military bases in FSX. Here is an improved version of the stock NAS Whidbey Island. I added many Military_Cargo and Military_Combat parking spaces. I removed many buildings , including the control tower, that were poorly placed and replaced them with buildings in the proper locations. I made many changes to the aprons and taxiways, making them match up to Google Earth. Added some eye candy in the form of static vehicles, light poles...
