Navigating in Europe?

Does anyone have any advice for navigating FSX in Europe? I do a lot of flying on the continent, England, and North Africa but I miss all of the wonderful online resources we have in the States like Skyvector.com, airnav, etc. Does any navaid database exist for Europe? How do you guys who fly in Europe manage to construct your flight plans?
