There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Ask Mr. Google for images of Navy Wings. Download the one you like best.
Optional: Re-size the image so it isn't so big. (It's not necessary to reduce it to icon size, but you might not want a huge file for a little icon.)
Save the image with the file name extension changed to .ico
That should do it.

Tried that before. Tried again but unsuccessful. Will try again some time. Not critical , will just use one from the Icons set of 2004.

I too like to use different icons to denote my different installs
Find attached a package of FS icons.
Had them for years .. dunno who made them.
The package should be somewhere in the SOH d/l section.
For those still running WinXP:
Find attached an "Icon Maker" .exe
I don't believe it works in Win7
