Although it sounds like it has a level of "truthiness", it also sounds like one of those urban myths. I suspect the truth is somewhere between. I'll have to keep an eye on snopes.com for a few days....
 
I beg to differ, What HD shows is the known truth of the federal goverment (elected). WI has the Drunkest goverment who drives DUI with state owned autos.
 
Please don't group federal employee's in with elected officials. We actually have ethical guidelines we have to follow or get fired. What does it say about states that keep electing those crooks.....?
