Need help with wx radar

Hello all, I am new to this forum but you may have seen me on others I recently built a Pit sim for the DCS Black Shark 2 with all the working gauges and switches (166 to be exact) and then I put it all to motion. DCS would not work with all my add-on's when I was in motion so I trashed it and now I am flying FSX with motion and all the add-on's. I recentely downloaded the Transall C-160 from fly away and I noticed that it has a wx radar which seems to have been added, however I am not able to undock and move to another screen. I tried to make a new window and I was able to see that when I opened the Views/Instrument panel but not able to move the gauge. Is there someone that could help me out with this??

I know that it is not undockable, what I need to know is how do I make it that way? you say contact the "dev" who is that?
