Netwings down?

On reflection, Neil had health issues last time - he may not be near his machine to do anything right now.
 
Whats wrong with Netwings?

I have tried to have access to it but I have not been able to!

Can any one tell me whats the problem with Netwings and how can we collectively save its file for future members of this hobby?

Its the first Website I ever visit when I realize that CFS2 could be upgraded through its community about Eight or nine years ago. It still has plenty of real nice addon goodies dedicated to CFS3 and other Sims like CFS2 and IL46 plus FS2004. Its worth saving them if possible or need to with permission. I hope its only a temp interruption of service!

I really like this Website.

Aaargh. To anyone who's had problems with Tiscali this past week, a possible explanation.

AFAIK, persons of high intelligence (hah!) working at the site of London's Olympic Village for 2012 drilled down very deep and into a tunnel carrying important telecomms cables and damaged them, thus comprehensively knackering some of Britain's internet backbone. BT engineers had refused to enter said tunnel unless and until it was shored up and made safe - seems reasonable imo.

The Tiscali Customer Service recorded message claimed most if not all ISPs were affected to some extent and this is confirmed by a contact in the IT world.

It may be that Neil's connection is more seriously affected than others.
