Now every enemy will be investing in cloud-seeding research so they can create rainstorms to allow surveillance of stealth aircraft.
Tons of chemicals released into the air, probably increasing global warming another 2%.
Flash floods in areas surrounding airbases.
All those extra raincoats and storm suits for ground crews who have to hustle the planes into shelters.
Not to mention all the days lost on the airbase golf courses due to unplayable ground.
Reduced suntans (ok so it cuts down on skin cancer..) and postponed baseball games

Reminds me of one of the worst movies I've ever seen, Steven Segal's Flight Of Fury. They fly an SR-71 to the middle of nowhere and just leave it there.
