New AI Overhual B24 Gun Windows - New AI Overhual B24 Gun Windows

New gun windows for AI Overhaul B-24D. Re-worked to work on Windows 7 and work with out error! Updates to panel.cfg for new view coordinates. This was done to fix the views since many had "clipping" or part were the 3D Model was shown in the 2D gun window like with the Right Chin that was un-aim-able do to "clipping" blocking the sights.

Updated to work on Windows 7 computers!
