New and Improved Thorp T-18

Many years ago I did a rendition of the first plane my Dad made. At the time the one version I could not get right was the last on he made, which I consider his Magnum Opus. The issue had to do with the ability to get a good render of polished aluminum. I am able to do that now. I have also got to the point of doing cool stuff like AO shading. After he passed away I had to go back and revisit the original. Here are some pics of my tribute project.

It is so great to see you here again, Robert! I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you've been/what you've been up to as I was flying your "Midget Mustang". The new and improved Thorp looks great! Love those gauge bezels and AO shading.

Hi Robert,

great to see, a further wonderful P3DV4.5 model is on its way.
