I've revamped my original pass at Glowing Heat Hustler skin...raw video. best viewed at 1080p. it's currently in P3D but it should work in fsx also.

 
Perfect example of why Devs should provide an good paint kit with their product.

I'd buy this aircraft just for that repaint.

Thanks Ian! I'm hoping others will enjoy it. I redid all the alphas, and specs from scratch. So nothing is the same from the previous version.
 
Awesome work Rick. For me, these bare metal jets are iconic for the real beginning of the jet age.

Release is delayed for one small item I discovered. I won't have time to work on it until tomorrow though. So maybe tomorrow night or Saturday.
 
I never got around to purchasing the Hustler....looks like I'll be adding this one ASAP.

Thanks gman! I started making a weathered VC set for it but it's really bad even by "my" standards now. I'd like to revisit that again as well with some new knowledge and experience. There's certain textures that I simply couldn't find...maybe I ll ask CenturySeries here.
 
The model looks great but I'm not a fan of blue clouds. What the heck happened there??:eek:
