I haven't had a chance to try this out yet, but it looks promising! There's no mention of needing other library files, so installation should be a breeze.
Edit: I stand corrected after re-reading the readme (huh?). There is one library bgl that was left out, but can be found in his Wasilla addon - "RWvehicles."
New package:
