A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Other

Description: The S2B Kestrel has a fast speed, excellent range, and substantital load of bombs and rockets allowing it to be an excellent anti-zeppelin craft. It has a unique dual hull, which allows for enhanced stability in level flight, but limited maneuverability in a dogfight.

Fully animated parts with breaking parts logic. Model is Multi LOD with working virtual cockpit. Comes with 4 textures (Fortune Hunters, British, Chinese (Nationalist) and Japanese) Skin template is included in the textue folder for your painting pleasure. You will need a program that can read .PSD to use them.

Aircraft has Windows 7 safe panel.

Thanks and I still have the Baltimore but can't get the VC to look right. I may see if some one here could do 2d Panel base off of the pics from the PDF. Than take the lower part of it and maek it the VC panel.

It seems that Crimson Skies universe is mostly unwritten out side of North America. From what litte I can find Australian is having a civil war. China and Japan are at it and Japan is attmping to get a long term lese on Pearl Harbor from the Kingdom of Hawai'i. Pacifica and The Nation of Hollywood are bidding as well. The British were forced out after British troops were discovered to be occupying Hawai'ian islands without permission of the King.

So the rest of the world is an open book that any one can do with as the please almost. This is why I started making other skins out side of CS. Also messed with the A6M5c I had on hand trying to make a CS Zero.

I would suggest sending a detailed PM to Morton. He is the panel artiste extraordinare. I can send him the .pdf for the Baltimore if need be. Keep me posted...you'll want to do it soon, before the weather in Norway warms up too much!
 
I thinking I'll make a thread in the fourms about it and see if any one is willing.
 
I had an idea for the Zero. Clip the wings and reverse the tail. Then add the 6 blade prop. don't know how it would handle but it would sure be different.
 
I'm looking all over for any WWII "X-planes" for something. The Zero isn't going to cut it.

Give it a moster radial. and the other mods i suggested. or take an A5M and do the mods. leave it as an open cockpit. or give it a bubble.
