New Intel Processor

I may give that i7-940 a try. I don't think I'm going to be able to play with as many different CPUs this time as I did last time. I tried several of the Core 2 series (dual core and quad core 6600s and 6700s) and they were a tremendous improvement over the P4s. Playing with all that hardware gets expensive and I'll have to switch to DDR3 RAM this time (more $$$). Good thing is I have two computers that will run any program that I run at an acceptable rate and they are both rock solid stable.
 
Might have a closer look at these, US$1000.00 = A$1560.00 at the moment.
Could be worse .... :isadizzy:
Certainly make rFactor rock along though!
