New Landclass.xml for CFS3.zip - Improved Landclass

This will make houses align with the underlying street textures better in cities, towns and small towns.

Simply add the landclasses.xml file to the Assets folder of your stock install. Works in Daiwillettis modified Stock installs as well. Not for ETO.
