Good question.
Yes, in some degree, it can be done. I had modified two from OFF Phase 2, 'Sink the U-boats' and 'Zeppelin Shed Raid'.
I usually added 'at Dawn' after these titles when I had previously hosted them (multiplaying server). You have to toy around the Mission Builder to figure out Phase 3 aircraft naming differences to the Phase 2 version.
The problem I had with the Mission Builder is the altitude of the planes would be saved in the 4000> range as suppose to the original altitude on the mission. Therefore, I use Notepad for this correction.
I'm still tweaking the latter, 'Zeppelin Shed Raid', which I believe was originally made for OFF Phase 1. This one doesn't even work with Phase 2 anyway but I had managed to modify (or shall I say replace) the reference of Zeppelins for fighter planes instead to make it work under Phase 3.
I had hosted them but did not upload them. I'm still waiting for an answer to see if it's 'okay' to upload them.
