I got me a saitek X-55 HOTAS system, but I ran into a some trouble. The axes of the throttle sliders cover only part of the range. The throttle range is 25%-75%. When I want idle throttle I have to use F1 and for full throttle F4. Is there anyone here who had the same problem?

Thanks for helping!

Cees

I recently got a Saitek X55 system too but don't have the issues you are reporting Cees. I did have numerous issues trying to get the drivers and Saitek software to play with Win 7 64 bit and gave up on them in the end. I finally went with the paid version of FSUIPC and used that to set up the HOTAS, the only downside is that some buttons on the throttle are not recognized (slider and mini joystick) and the mode selector is not seen so you are stuck with one mode.

I can buy the payware version of Fsuip, but I was hoping there's another solution....Thanks anyway Larry.

Cees

Edit: I bought it. Solved the problem.
