As a pensioner since 2006, I started with flight simulation in 2015 - first FSX and in 2021 with MSFS2020. I know the SOH website from searching for mods for FSX. I had not tried a combat flight sim yet and after searching for a while on this website I ended up with CFS3.

Thanks to the mods and instructions I found here, I now have a very enjoyable combat flight sim.

I also made a repaint for the WOFF Nieuport 24bis uploaded on this website - this Nieuport is externally similar to the Nieuport 23C1 that was used in WWI by the Belgian air force by the "Balloon busters" - N°5 Squadron (Comet) - to destroy enemy observation balloons.
This is a standalone repaint flyable in CFS3 - without cockpit details (were not included in the uploaded Nieuport 24bis)

Welcome here at SOH. Lovely aircraft ! Been at it since 1995. From the first CFS, till CFS3 . Been hooked ever since ! Hope you are enjoying CFS3. It's come a long way since 2001 !

My late response is because I have been very ill - rushed to the hospital - intensive care - and after a few weeks in the hospital I am now back home to recover.
I have to leave my hobby for a while until I have recovered sufficiently.

Here's to hoping for a speedy recovery @oldmattila. I see that you're from my home town Antwerp! I've moved to Vilvoorde now (much closer to work), but I've lived in Antwerp ('t Stad!) most of my life!
