Hello Fellow FSXers,
I have a new rig being delivered tomorrow.

My current computer is Windows XP SP2 32-bit , my new one will be Windows 7. I would like to transfer over my add-ons, free and bought. Can I do it with a transfer cable, or do I have to re-load everything ? I had my old rig tweaked as much as possible, and it has to much family stuff on it.

The new one is all mine, and I cannot wait to see FSX in action the way it should be. Any insight would be welcome.

Thanks, and Happy Flyin!

Here are my new specs:

OEM INTEL i7-930 2.80GHZ 8M LGA 1366 , EXTREME OVERCLOCK (20% MORE)
2TB SATA-II 3.0GB/S 32MB CACHE 7200RP
ASUS P6T X58 SLI/CROSSFIRE TRIPLE CHA
WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM 64-BIT
APEVIA 800WATT POWER SUPPLY
ASETEK 550LC 120MM WATERCOOLER
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 2GB PC1333 DDR3 PC3 3ea.
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTS 250 1GB DDR3

You could also just pick up a 4 gb or bigger flash drive and transfer your addons that way. Plus you would get more use from the flash drive then a transfer cable.
